Measured Before Replaced.

Brake and suspension work is the easiest place in this industry to oversell. We pick the harder road. Every quote starts with measurement, and the inspection sheet goes home with you whether you do the work here or not.

  • Measured Pad thickness in millimeters, rotor thickness against manufacturer minimum, runout in thousandths. On paper. Before the quote.
  • No Upsell If pad material, rotor thickness, and hydraulic condition are within spec, the inspection sheet says so and you leave without a brake job.
  • Alignment Included Any suspension or steering component replacement that changes ride geometry includes the alignment afterward. Not an add-on charge.
  • Documented Inspection sheet with measurements. Alignment specs before and after. Photo documentation on multi-day jobs. You keep all of it.

Common Questions

How do I know when my brakes need replacing?
Squealing on light pressure, grinding at any pressure, longer stopping distances, or a pulsing brake pedal are the common signs. We measure pad thickness and rotor runout before recommending replacement, and we will not sell pads on a vehicle that still has serviceable material.
Do you turn rotors or only replace them?
We measure rotor thickness against the manufacturer minimum. If there is enough material and the runout is correctable, we machine them. If they are below minimum or warped beyond spec, we replace them. The decision goes on the inspection sheet before the quote.
Do you do four-wheel alignments in Midland, TX?
Yes. We perform four-wheel alignments at our Midland shop after any suspension or steering component replacement, or as a standalone service when tires are wearing unevenly. Before-and-after specs go on the work order so you can see exactly what was corrected.
How long does a brake job take?
A standard front or rear pad and rotor service typically takes two to three hours at our Midland shop. Caliper replacement, hydraulic repair, or combined suspension work extends that. We give you a written timeline with the quote before any work begins.
Will you tell me if I do not actually need the work?
Yes. If pad material, rotor thickness, and hydraulic condition are within spec, the inspection sheet says so and we send you on your way. We do not sell brake jobs or suspension work that the vehicle does not need. That is a long-term reputation choice, not a sales choice.

Brakes Squealing? Tires Wearing Wrong?

Bring it in. We will measure pad and rotor, check suspension and steering for play, and tell you the truth about what the vehicle actually needs.
