Do you build performance diesel engines in-house?
Yes. Chris and his team build every performance engine in our 140 by 150 ft Midland, TX facility. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is sold as an exchange unit. We use OEM internals where they exist and the best available standard where they do not. Every build is test-driven by Chris before it leaves the shop.
Are you a diesel performance shop only, or do you build gas engines too?
Both. Diesel is the specialty and most of what comes through the bay, but this is a full performance shop and gas performance engine builds are handled here as well. Call (432) 557-6500 with your platform and power goal and we will tell you honestly whether the combination makes sense.
Can you tune my diesel truck for more power?
Yes. We handle power upgrades and tuning for diesel pickups and commercial trucks across Midland, Odessa, and the Permian Basin. The honest version: we will tell you what your platform can safely hold and what it cannot. We do not chase numbers that shorten the life of the engine unless that is explicitly what you hired us to do.
Do you do custom performance builds?
Yes. Custom builds, full engine builds with performance components, and high-performance drivetrain work are all in-house services in Midland, TX. Bring the goal: power target, usage, budget, and we will give you an honest scope for what it takes to get there correctly.
What if another shop already worked on my truck?
