Three Honest Tiers. Pick the One That Fits.

Restoration paint quality exists on a spectrum and pricing reflects the level of work involved. We do not misrepresent a basic job as show quality or overcharge for simple work. Each tier is clearly defined so you understand what is included before choosing. Color match paint services are included in all tiers so your project receives accurate factory or custom matching based on your needs.

Common Questions

How long does paint restoration take?
Driver-quality runs four to six weeks of shop time, though calendar time may be longer based on parts and booth availability. Show-quality runs eight to twelve weeks of shop time. Concours-quality is a months-long project, typically four to six months. We give you a written milestone schedule before the deposit.
Can you paint my project to an era-correct color?
Yes. We can match to a factory paint code from your VIN or trim plate, to a date-code-specific paint from the era, or to a custom color you provide. Era-correct colors often need additional verification against original-era samples, which we will note on the estimate. Tri-coat and pearl colors fully supported.
What is the difference between driver quality and show quality?
Driver quality is an honest paint job that looks good and holds up to use. Show quality adds deeper bodywork (block sanding through primer to flatten panels), more clear coat depth, wet sanding and buffing to mirror finish, and matching finish on door jambs and engine bay. The price difference reflects the additional labor hours, not material cost.
Do you do restoration paint on classic trucks and hot rods?
Yes. Classic pickups, hot rods, vintage cars, and project vehicles are all in scope. We have done full-frame restoration paint on classic Chevy and Ford trucks, and partial restoration work on hot rod builds. Bring the project and we will scope it honestly.
Can I see the project progress while it is in the shop?
Yes. We send progress photos at every major milestone (strip complete, primer complete, paint complete, buff complete) and you are welcome to visit the shop by appointment to see the work in person. Restoration is a long project and you should know where it is in the process.
