Three Tiers. No Surprises.

Most shops have one service called “oil change” with a hundred upsells stapled to it. We do the opposite. Three named tiers. Each one says exactly what is included. You pick what fits the vehicle and the mileage.

Tier 1

Essential

Standard oil and filter service with a courtesy inspection. The right call for late-model vehicles on a regular schedule.

  • Engine oil change to manufacturer spec
  • OEM-grade oil filter replacement
  • All underhood fluids topped off
  • Tire pressure adjusted to spec
  • Battery health test on the bench
  • Visual brake and tire wear check
  • Written inspection sheet with findings
Tier 2 · Most Popular

Comprehensive

Everything in Essential, plus rotation, full multi-point inspection, and a fluid service rotation based on your vehicle’s interval.

  • Everything in Essential
  • Tire rotation and torque to spec
  • One additional fluid service on rotation (transmission, coolant, brake, or differential)
  • Cabin air and engine air filter check
  • Wiper blade condition check
  • Suspension and steering play check
  • Multi-point report with mileage-based recommendations
Tier 3

Fleet & Severe Duty

Built for high-mileage daily drivers, work trucks, and fleet vehicles in West Texas heat and dust. Recorded, scheduled, repeatable.

  • Everything in Comprehensive
  • Synthetic oil and OEM filter standard
  • All fluid samples recorded by mileage
  • Differential and transfer case service per interval
  • Brake pad and rotor measurement on paper
  • DOT-ready inspection records on request
  • Service history kept on file for billing or audit

What Gets Checked. Every Time.

Even the basic oil change comes with a real inspection. Not a checklist a service writer ticks off in the office. An actual under-the-hood look by the person doing the work.

01 Engine oil level, condition, and color
02 Transmission fluid level and color
03 Coolant level and freeze-protection range
04 Brake fluid level and moisture content
05 Power steering and washer fluid
06 Tire pressure on all four plus spare
07 Tire tread depth and wear pattern
08 Battery voltage, load, and cable condition
09 Brake pad thickness, visual check
10 Exterior and underhood lights operation
11 Belt and hose condition
12 Visible leaks underneath

Done Right. The First Time.

Oil changes are the easiest place in the industry to skip steps. We do not skip them. The same person who pulls your filter checks your fluids and signs the inspection sheet.

  • OEM Spec Manufacturer-specified oil grade, viscosity, and filter on every service. We do not substitute on the oil that protects your engine.
  • Real Inspection Multi-point check by the person doing the work, not a checkbox a service writer ticks. The findings go on paper and home with you.
  • No Upsell We recommend what is due based on mileage and condition. If nothing is due, the report says so. We do not invent maintenance to fill the bay.
  • Warranty-Safe Records kept on file. Correct parts and intervals used. Federal law protects your warranty when service is documented correctly, and ours is.

Common Questions

How often should I change my oil?
For conventional oil, every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. For full synthetic, every 5,000 to 7,500 miles in normal use. Severe-duty driving in West Texas heat and dust can shorten that. We follow the manufacturer recommendation in your owner’s manual unless your driving conditions justify a shorter interval, and we tell you which applies.
Do you do synthetic oil changes for passenger vehicles?
Yes. Conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil services for gas and diesel passenger vehicles at our Midland shop. We follow the manufacturer-specified oil grade and viscosity, and we use OEM or equivalent quality filters every time.
What is included in your basic oil change?
Oil and filter change to manufacturer specification, top-off on all underhood fluids, visual brake check, tire pressure adjustment, and battery health test. The inspection report goes home with you whether anything is recommended or not.
Do I have to use the dealer for my warranty oil changes?
No. Federal law (Magnuson-Moss) means manufacturer warranty is preserved as long as service is performed correctly with the right parts and documented. We use the correct oil and filter, follow the manufacturer interval, and provide written records. Bring those records to the dealer if warranty work is ever needed.
Will you tell me what other maintenance my vehicle actually needs?
Yes. Every visit includes a multi-point check based on your vehicle’s mileage and condition. We flag what is due, what is approaching due, and what is fine. The inspection sheet is honest. We do not invent maintenance to fill the bay.
